Annet Mahendru
Mahendru is an Afghani lady born of a Russian father and an Hindu Indian mother. She is fluent in German, Russian English in addition to French Persian and Hindi. Annet Mahendru has a Russian-Indian father. An improvised performance she choreographed at the age of 11 that aired on German television, transformed her into a Russian dancer who was a snow maiden. She completed high-school within New York before earning a Bachelor of Arts (English) at St. John's University. She studied acting classes with the HB Studios, but then moved on to pursue improvised comedy at the Groundlings School. Her family was brought up in Kabul Afghanistan by a Hindu/Indian father Ghanshan Mahendru and a Russian-speaking mother Olga. The family moved together with their father to New York, when she was 13 and a half years old. She stars in FX's The Americans alongside Matthew Rhys. Television actress best known for her role as former KGB Agent Nina Sergeevna Krilova on FX's The Americans. The actress also appeared on Fox's The Following and NBC's The Blacklist.
